"They're nice and conveniently located. My chief complaint is time management. I brought my dog in for a routine dental cleaning. I had to drop him off at 8:20 and he wasn't done until after 2pm, which means he sat in a kennel for hours waiting. Then I couldn't pick him up for 2 hours so they could monitor him post procedure, which I get. I showed up right at my scheduled 4pm pickup time and it took almost 30 minutes for them to check us out and get my dog back to me. My dog gets incredibly stressed when he's away from us/home and I just felt like he was at the vet for 8 hours for a procedure that would have taken maybe an hour...? I do like this vet office, I just wish procedures were scheduled in a way to minimize the time and stress. Maybe all offices schedule this way. If so, it sucks."
